Paul Ross has been teaching woodturning since 1981. Paul Ross is a formally trained wood turner with 30 years experience. Paul and his wife Lynne own the business. They feel that personal hands on instruction is the safest and most rewarding way to teach woodturning. The goal is to show you the proper way to turn wood while at the same time to enjoy it.

Elements Glass Studio  305 Main Street
Elements Glass Studio is located in a small century old carriage house in the quaint village of Bloomfield. Caroline Shuttle creates glass art ranging from originally designed stained glass panels to gorgeous kiln formed glass bowls and platters. Kiln casting and glass sculpture are her latest interests. Caroline Shuttle’s work is award winning and found in homes and offices from coast to coast as well as many other countries.

Huff Estates Winery   2274 County Rd.1
Located on a small peninsula in the southeastern corner of Prince Edward County surrounded by Lake Ontario South Bay, this site is ideal for growing grapes. Oak trees line the vineyard forming a natural wind break and that coupled with the temperate climate generated by the two large bodies of water make this location ideal for various styles of wines such as Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Pinot Gris.

Bloomfield Studios & Galleys  65 Barkers Lane
Established in 2002, Bloomfield Studios is home to glass artist Mel Wilder’s Spirits in Glass and his wife Colleen’s Nightshade Fine Arts. Here, amidst an artistic melieu of glass blowing, flamework, sand casting, lampwork beads, jewellery designs and fine art, you will find owners Mel and Colleen Wilder doing what they love to do while allowing visitors an opportunity to see “artists at work”.

Dead People’s Stuff Antiques  388 Main Street
Dead People’s Stuff Antiques is a collaborative effort on the part of Sue and Terry Hierlihy and brother Doug Hierlihy. Started over 15 years ago selling on Sundays from the old Stittsville Flea Market after Saturdays spent at local auctions in the Ottawa Valley. Later Sue and Terry made the move to a bricks and mortar shop on their property in Prince Edward County in 2005.
